How to Reduce Envelope Skewing on our FP Folder Inserters.  

Envelope Skewing is usually due to envelopes that do not lay flat. This video will show you how bend your envelopes before loading them into the insert to reduce or eliminate the skewing. If you are getting documents jamming on the insert table it is most likely that your envelopes are not coming up square on the insert table because they are skewing (coming up crooked) & documents are hitting the side of the envelope.
